Esports @Home // Premier Launch

A series of videos celebrating the launch of the Premier mode in VALORANT

To promote VALORANT's new competitive mode, "PREMIER", we wanted to create a series of four spots showing the excitement and hype esports can deliver but from the comfort of your home/pc cafe/setup.

We worked with our vendor to develop the scripts of each film, select locations and choose cast members. We were also at every set to ensure that our vision is captured fully, then we collaborated closely during the post-production process to ensure all feedback implemented and we were able to get the best end result possible.

The Path to Pro Begins at Home

For this video in particular, we enlisted the help of a popular caster in the MENA region - Morgan - to bring it closer to the hearts of players.

Premier Ready

We used beauty shots that are typically seen in the videos of pro esports players to highlight that Premier could be your path to joining the ranks of the greats.

Team Try Outs

This video proved to be the most challenging, as we were handling a more complex script, multiple actors and additional effects for each players

It’s Not How You Say it

It’s how you play it.

We had fun with this shoot, playing on the different ways you could pronounce the word Premier, and allowed the actors to improvise and get creative with the way they delivered their lines, which resulted in what looked like a very natural interaction between friends.
